The Department issued date for epass fresh scholarships registration start from 2nd November 2011. Online fresh registrations for epass scholarships to student pursunig college courses for the academic year 2011-12 will commence from 02-11-2011 . The last date extended upto 30th November 2011. Eligible students can apply online epass official website.
Eligibility: Students who belong to the categories of SC (including BC-C,)
ST, BC,EBC and DW (Disabled) having annual parental income of rupees one lakh or below students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter.
Age Limit : (As on 01/07/2011) Intermediate - 20 Years (For SC,ST & BC-24 Years), Graduate - 25 Years (for SC,ST & BC - 29 Years), PG & Above - 30 Years (For SC,ST & BC -34 Years)
Scholarship Description: RTF -Reimbursement of tuition fee in full for students pursuing post matric courses approved by the university/Board. RTF is sanctioned twice in a year i.e. September and march of the acadimic year. MTF-Maintenance charges or mess charges aresanctioned every month as per the rates mentioned.
Online fresh registrations for fee reimbursement scholarships for students who pursue college courses for the academic year 2012-13
The scholarship application process has been made fully online by the Social Welfare Department every year, in the online system, no student can enter his name as Student records will be fetched from SSC / Inter servers based on the application SSC ID. For the academic year 2012-13, students can apply online for fresh scholarships on the e-pass website soon after the release
applicants belonging to SC / ST with family income of less than 2 lakh per annum, BC students belonging to BC / EBC / DW / MW with family income of less than 1 lakh per annum are eligible to apply for fees reimbursement scholarships. all the applicants must and should submit an income declaration form to the MRO to obtain an income certificate. epass online.

How to Apply
- SSC ID (Hall Ticket) Number to access the application.
- Board of Intermediate Hall Ticket number where applicable.
- CET (Common Entrance Test) number in case of professional courses.
- Caste Certificate.
- Income Certificate (vide reference 2nd , 3rd and 4th cited)
- The following documents must be scanned & uploaded on the website.
- Caste Certificate.
- Income Certificate (vide reference 2nd , 3rd and 4th cited)
- Latest photograph.
- Savings bank account number in the name of the student and joint account for students below 18 years i.e. in name of student and parent (The first page of the pass book showing name, account number & IFSC Code must be scanned & uploaded)
- CET/ M Tech/ ME/ M Pharmacy/ M Arch/ M Phil/ Ph.D etc allotment order
- Further the following fields are mandatory in the online application form--
- E-mail account.
- Mobile Number (either in Student / Parent / Relatives Number)
- Bank account no of any scheduled bank having online facility, with correct IFSC code.
